Each year the Adoptee Rights Coalition organizes an demonstration and a convention center booth at the National Conference of State Legislators.  The purpose of the Adoptee Rights Demonstration is to inform educators and the public of the injustice of sealed access to adoptees’ Original Birth Certificates.  Each year, the ARC reaches countless legislators and staff members, as well as members of the general public who are concerned about adoption issues.
