Kevin talks with David M. Smolin, Professor of Law and Director, Center for Biotechnology, Law, and Ethics at Samford University about the big picture view of adoption that includes fraud, coercion, bribery, and money. This isn’t just “bad” stuff that occurs in some adoptions, they are fundamental elements that our adoption system is built upon.
